The health check-ups, physical examinations, and pathology screenings provided by CertiGen (Corporate Health & Testing Division of Shree Ananta Hospital) are specifically designed for occupational health assessment, routine wellness screening, and statutory compliance (under frameworks such as The Indian Factories Act, 1948 and FSSAI rules).
Important Notice:
- CertiGen’s onsite health camps do NOT constitute primary hospital care, continuous medical management, or emergency diagnostic evaluation.
- The tests performed reflect the individual’s health parameters at the specific time of sample collection and examination.
NO DOCTOR-PATIENT TREATMENT RELATIONSHIP
- Screening Purpose: Examinations conducted by CertiGen’s registered Medical Officers are intended to assess general physical fitness, occupational hazard risks, and contagious disease markers for workplace safety.
- Not a Substitute for Primary Care: Results, observations, or fitness certificates issued by CertiGen doctors do not establish a long-term doctor-patient treatment relationship. Employees are strongly advised to consult their personal primary care physician or specialist for comprehensive treatment of any diagnosed pre-existing or newly detected clinical conditions.
ACCURACY & DIAGNOSTIC LIMITATIONS
- Laboratory Testing: Diagnostic pathology samples are processed through NABL-accredited laboratory infrastructure following standard clinical protocols. However, diagnostic tests have inherent biological limits and false-positive/false-negative probabilities.
- Re-testing Recommendation: If an employee’s test result shows significant clinical abnormalities or borderline values, CertiGen recommends confirmatory clinical re-testing or specialized hospital evaluation before starting any medical treatment.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL LIMITATIONS
- CertiGen’s mobile clinical setups and onsite teams are equipped for routine screening and statutory health camps only.
- Onsite teams are NOT equipped for acute medical emergency care, major trauma, or life-threatening cardiac emergencies. In the event of an acute emergency during an onsite camp, the individual will be immediately referred and transferred to the nearest emergency hospital facility or Shree Ananta Hospital.
STATUTORY CERTIFICATION VALIDITY
- Medical Fitness Certificates are issued based on the clinical parameters observed during the screening and the laboratory results received.
- Certificates are valid as of the date of examination. CertiGen is not liable for health changes, injuries, or illnesses that occur after the date of examination.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & REPORT USAGE
- Interpretation & Misuse: Neither CertiGen nor its doctors, employees, or authorized representatives assume any liability or responsibility for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or consequence incurred by any person or entity arising from the presumption, interpretation, or misuse of the contents of our test reports or fitness certificates.
- Cap on Financial Liability: CertiGen shall not be liable for any claims, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the performance of requested tests. In any event, the maximum aggregate financial liability of CertiGen shall strictly not exceed the total invoice amount billed and received for the specific service provided.
MEDICO-LEGAL LIMITATION:
All diagnostic reports, medical check-up outcomes, and fitness certificates issued by CertiGen are strictly intended for occupational health assessment and statutory corporate compliance. These reports and certificates are NOT valid for any medico-legal purposes or court proceedings.
